• Once your rug is complete, we’ll send you a tracking number so you can easily follow your parcel through our tracking page or the carrier’s website.

• It’s normal for new rugs to shed some fibers at first. Our rugs may shed lightly for a few days, but regular vacuuming will reduce this over time. To minimize shedding
• Vacuum 2 times a week
• Use a vacuum without a beater bar or on the highest pile setting

This shedding won’t affect the rug’s quality or longevity.
