Every rug is made to order. We weave, wash, and finish in about 3–7 weeks, depending on the size, then ship with tracked, insured delivery.

No stress. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery (unused and unaltered). Plus, our free mockup service lets you see the rug in your room before buying.

Vacuum gently once a week and spot-clean with mild soap. For a deep refresh, use a professional wool-rug cleaner every few years. Our dyes are natural and built to last.
